SENIOR LEADEDRSHIP EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING WORKSHOP
“Leaders don’t just learn, they evolve”
In a bold departure from traditional leadership training, our senior leaders stepped into the world of cinema—not as spectators, but as active participants. Hosted at the iconic SJ Studio, this experiential learning workshop transformed the film set into a creative crucible for leadership discovery.
our leaders will explore the art of storytelling, improvisation, and direction—mirroring the challenges of real-time decision-making, collaboration under pressure, and communicating with
authenticity. Each scene, script, and role-play is designed not to perform, but to provoke: reflection, vulnerability, and breakthrough insights.
Whether directing a scene, managing behind the camera, or adapting to unexpected plot twists, every activity is a mirror to their leadership styles. Feedback loops will be immediate, honest, and visual—capturing both the triumphs and tensions of leadership in action.
The film studio setting elevates the experience, offering a space that is simultaneously unfamiliar and inspiring—perfect for unlocking creativity and new perspectives.
